Two video works documenting plaster models of a gun and a bullet being ground down against rock and wood—an inversion of violence, where weapons erode themselves through futile contact.

Gun versus Rock and Bullet versus Tree are paired video works exploring the reversal of power between objects of violence and nature. In each piece, plaster replicas of a gun and a bullet are rubbed repeatedly against a rock and a tree. Over time, the fragile plaster wears away, crumbling into dust.
